Karbala – To strengthen partnerships between official institutions and think tanks, Al-Nabaa Forum for Dialogue received an official visit from the Chairman of the Karbala Provincial Council, Dr. Qasim Ali Al-Yasari, during which they held an in-depth discussion of prospects for joint cooperation in scientific, cultural, and media fields.
The meeting, attended by the Head of the Forum, Ali Al-Talqani, focused on exploring integration tools between organizations, research centers, and media on one hand, and local governments on the other, particularly in services, digital transformation, and infrastructure upgrades. During the meeting, both sides emphasized that these entities have become partners in shaping public awareness, driving community participation, and highlighting development and service initiatives.
The discussion covered the initiatives of Al-Nabaa Forum for Dialogue in the field of international engagement through hosting diplomatic missions, government figures, and academics, which have contributed to establishing Karbala's position on the map of regional and international interaction and improving its image as an active intellectual and cultural hub.

In a broader context, the two parties exchanged views on adopting Karbala's model in the fields of digital transformation and administrative automation, as the governorate has come to represent a practical model of what local administration can achieve when employing modern technology and adopting well-considered openness policies toward the outside world.
